Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for families—ideal for kids to ride their bikes. Take the included Golf Cart to the beach access. If you're in the mood for a change of scenery, another community pool is just steps away in the cul-de-sac. Additionally, the private heated pool in the backyard offers an intimate retreat. Pool Heating Option: There is a $300 fee to heat the pool for your stay.

The second- and third-story balconies provide breathtaking views—overlooking the community pool in the front and the private pool and golf course in the back. The kitchen boasts a spacious open concept, complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Cozy comforts of home and more
Our stay at Osprey nest was very nice. The location of the home is tucked into Kiva Dunes neighborhood and accessible to the beach via the golf cart left at the home. The house was clean, kitchen was nicely equipped and there was lots of seating available in the numerous decks throughout the house. Pool area gets morning sun and a nice sandbox for children to play in. The pool is very nice but suggest heating it if you want to use it. There are three accesses to the beach and few on the beach due to private beach allocated to owners/guests. We will be returning to this house. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

False advertisement, overpriced/over rated
This home is beautiful but over priced. A golf cart for use and a heated pool are advertised but neither work and there is a $300 charge to heat the pool so I was charged for a service we didn’t get to enjoy. As soon as I arrived to run into issues is horrible. I had to move paint that could be hazardous to children and they were aware that this was rented for my 12 year old birthday. Maintenance and property manager will respond within 10-20 minutes but if they have to come out it will be 24-48 hours for them to do so which is time taken away from the stay as if they don’t have a paying guest. A lot of things should’ve been done before I arrived that were not. I found a better home and cheaper to stay a few more days closer to the beach in the same area. I would not recommend to anyone after my experience.

Such a beautiful home and location, peace and quiet we enjoyed our vacation. Everything was great the only issue we had was that there were small roaches in the kitchen and we Had to go buy raid. Also the towels were not clean they have a ton of stains so we didn’t use them. But other than that it was good

Great place but a few minor issues
The house was nice size and beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. Pool area was very nice and great seating on the deck. Beach access was also easy to get to and the neighborhood seemed really nice. Only issues were that one of the kitchen chairs was extremely wobbly and the house in general didn’t feel super clean. Examples: one of the towels had make up stains on it when we arrived, bathroom mirror was dirty and we saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen drawers.

Amazing House!
We just spent our spring break at this house and it was better in person! We had three families that stayed here with a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and little beach area in the back were a huge hit with the kids. Having access to the Kiva Dunes Beach Club also made staying here so worth it. The free shuttles to/from the house to the beach made everything so easy and even with a bunch of kids all us adults were able to relax! I would definitely stay here again. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with and we had zero issues at all during our stay.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time during our stay. We did have a few issues: the dish washer did not work properly, the pool was not heated upon our arrival (they did send the maintenance person to correct the problem), there was a leak in the 3rd floor bathroom that dripped onto the kitchen counter (this issue was also corrected by a plumber). I would suggest better instructions to renters about where to check in and pick up wrist bands. I was told to go to the beach club, though that was incorrect and the manager at the beach club pointed me to the correct location. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and Julie was very helpful with the issues we experienced. The house accommodated the 6 adults and 7 children very well.

Nice Getaway
The house is huge for sure. The pool was nice the first night because it was heated but we did not pay for heat and I believe the pool people came the next day to shut it off. During the day, if warm out the pool is enjoyable, but cold at night. Some of the doors to the house need to be properly secured and don't lock properly. This made me pretty nervous. The trash from previous visitors was not taken to the street before they left and there was a lot so we took it down as a courtesy. The jacuzzi tub was my favorite, going to the clubhouse too. The neighborhood is really nice and you have a ton of options of which pool you want to swim in. I loved the bikes provided plus the golf cart. The house could use some home improvements but overall very pleasant. Thank you.

Amazing house for a large group
This house in Kiva Dunes is even better in person than the great photos and descriptions. It is super clean, modern, and has tons of space. We were in the area for a tennis tournament and loved having the beautiful kitchen/bar area and the huge patio/pool/outdoor area to relax and unwind. The house is directly across from the tennis court and another larger pool as well. There is ample parking for at least 6 vehicles in the driveway. Communication with the host was timely, friendly, and a great experience all around. If you're looking for something in Fort Morgan for a large group, this simply can't be beat!

Lovely well-stocked home
We had a wonderful stay at Osprey Nest. The heated pool was a HUGE perk - particularly during a chilly week. As was the privacy fence that kept the wind out (but not the flying golf balls. Yikes!) The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 15. And Julie was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Kiva Dunes community is darling. Nice beach, pools and Beach Club. A little off the beaten path from the bustle of Gulf Shores but we found that to be a perk. I’d highly recommend.

Great Space, Great yard
We loved this house. It had great space and all the tools we needed to have a wonderful time. Communication with the manager was great. We had a few issues but no problem getting them solved. The walk was a bit long but very doable with wagons and the golf cart. We will definitely stay again. The only true con was the "beach club" itself. They wouldn't let us use that entrance to get to the beach with our wagons and gear and the other 2 entrances had several steps. The remark was made that if we purchased things from them they would make an exception (which we intended to for drinks and lunch) but then they wouldn't let us pay with cash or card but only a Folio number of which we didn't have "Do you even stay here" was said. They also wouldn't let us sit anywhere near the front of the pool due to us having our own drinks. Of course this all falls on the beach club/neighborhood and nothing to do with the house or property management. For the rest of our trip we used 1 of the other 2 entrances with the steps and had no problems, loads of beach and privacy! It was a super nice and clean area. Highly recommend the property itself. 👌

The home was spotless and we had everything we could dream of needing! Julie was the greatest at responding immediately to all of my asinine questions and calling out people to fix things that I thought were broken but it was all user error! She never seemed frustrated with me! It was a vacation we will all remember forever! Will definitely go back!!!

Great location and great house
We had 8 adults and 6 children under 8 so we had enough rooms and more than enough space. The kitchen is well equipped. The location of the house is great, there is a pool and tennis court across the street which was a great option to the pool in the house. The golf cart was super helpful and, there is also a shuttle to the club house which was so convenient! The club house is nice and has access to the ocean, there is also a gym at the main building. Attractions/restaurants/grocery stores were 20-30 minutes away which is not too bad. One thing that we discovered is that there is a fire alarm in the bathroom downstairs, a couple times it went off but we then found out what was going on. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Large Family vacation at Osprey Nest
Overall, the house is really nice and spacious, and we enjoyed it. The back yard pool, sand play area, and grill area were great to have. Kiva Dunes beach club, private beach, and golf were terrific. We rate 4 stars as few things they need to work on. We were a party of 16. When booking it indicated the house slept 20+. I noticed they have since changed the listing to indicate less but it barely slept 16. There were not sheets on-site for the 2 pull out / futon beds so had to ask them to bring. When we arrived, we discovered some cleanliness issues (underwear left on bathroom sink, stuff on pool deck, etc.) and reported to property manager. There is still the “booger wall” in the downstairs master bedroom reported in a prior review. Some standard things you’d expect to find were not there - no hair dryer we could find, no hangers in most closets, no mirrors in bedrooms that would be helpful when sharing bathrooms with large party and using room to get ready, TP not in all bathrooms, etc. Overall, small things they could easily work to fix - likely just early in to rental market. Still good property.

Unbeatable Vacation
Osprey Nest was perfect in so many ways for our large group of 20 people! With just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of our families we also found the kitchen/dining/living area to be more than spacious for all of us! The check in process was very smooth and from the moment we arrived up to the end of our stay we felt very taken care of by Julie and Katherine from Signature Properties. Some key issues with the cleanliness we discovered during our stay were the outdoor toy box by the pool which was covered with some kind of animal feces and a booger wall on one of the headboards. There was an issue with the first floor king suite’s smoke detector being ultra sensitive to it’s bathroom shower’s steam. It seemed to set all of the smoke detectors off any time someone used that particular shower. A major perk to this house is its access to all that Kiva Dunes has to offer. The beach club was a huge hit for the kids and adults of our group! The food was delicious and the service was great. The pool was relaxing and has its own boardwalk taking you straight from the club house to the beach. Another favorite of ours was the shuttle service that would pick us up and drop us off wherever we asked multiple times a day and were so friendly. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return again next summer!

Wonderful place for whole family!
The house is laid out very well for family & extended family to reunite & still have some privacy or quiet time with a bon. Bikes, beach, pool, fire pit and outdoor grill were all useful for our stay in May. The weather was lovely as a group of us golfed 18 holes as well. We made fun family memories ~ thank you for sharing your home!
