You'll feel right at home in this 3-bedroom Morgantown beach house. La Casita is located on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to the beach boardwalk, both pools and tennis courts. At one end of the street is one of two neighborhood pools and at the other end, you'll find the beach access boardwalk. The best of both worlds!
The Space
The comfortable living/dining room features a sofa and an oversized papasan chair, just perfect for reading, watching TV or even catnapping. There is a dining table, that seats 6, as well as counter seating so there's room for all at mealtime.
Two decks, one in the front and one in the back, offer a limited gulf view and plenty of outdoor seating.
All three of the bedrooms are located on the upper level in this home. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private bath and balcony access. There is another queen-sized bed in the second bedroom and a twin over full bunkbed and a twin bed in the third.

Fort Morgan & Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
