This is The Beach Club - Bristol Penthouse 4, a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath, Gulf Front Condominium with a 70 ft balcony on the 21st floor which is the "TOP" floor in the tower! Sleeps 10 in beds, no sofa sleeper. This property offers an amazing "High Rise" View of the Gulf of Mexico!. This magnificent gem is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map. This penthouse should win "THE BALCONY AWARD"! The magnificently furnished balcony is 70 feet long and is located at the TOP CENTER of the Bristol Tower, a 21 story Gulf Front condominium. The penthouse was renovated and is beautifully decorated, offering a plenty of seating, a large TV, a dining table that seats 10, an icemaker, 4 king bedrooms which adjoin a bathroom, plus a "nook" with 2 additional beds which are the size of a bunk bed each.

There are two Gulf front bedrooms on both sides of the expansive living, dining and kitchen area which lead to the balcony, plus have walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms are near the entry door with views of Mobile Bay. All four bedrooms privately adjoin a full bathroom. As you enter the front door, you will find an area or "nook" with 2 built-in "cots" which are the size of bunkbed mattress. The master bath room is equipped with a jetted tub and a large shower and a private water closet. There are TVs in each room, including the "nook" with the cots. The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. A set of white linen is supplied for the sofa sleeper, also.

There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES: Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

Best place we have stayed at on gulf coast! Parking was fantastic - never a problem. Never had to wait long on elevators. The condo was as great as the pictures showed. The kitchen had lots of cooking supplies and we were able to cook several nights. The furniture on the balcony is top-notch. Beds were comfortable. The property itself is secluded and we took advantage of the restaurants on property several nights.

PM ghosted us on issues during our stay.
I’ll start by saying the unit is amazing. The top floor PH views are awesome. The problems with this unit are - 1) the air conditioner would not get lower than 80° at the hallway thermostat position. In the living room with all the windows it was 85°+ 2) the water coming out of the tubs on three occasions was brown. 3) I emailed the PM about these issues and did not get a reply. Before I would book again I would make sure the AC has been fixed. Our stay was July of 2022

Accommodations and information from real estate company
Lovely accommodations everything clean except for tile floor through condo. Could feel sand and dirt under foot immediately entering the condo. Had made reservation four months prior to arriving with realty instructions that beach umbrella and chairs could not be reserved. Couple days before arrival to property the rules were sent again stating reservations for beach umbrella and chairs weren’t allowed. Once arrived placed belongs in condo went straight to beach to check on beach rentals for next day. My husband was told the chairs and umbrellas had been reserved for weeks/months with no availability the four days we were staying. We had eight in our party (four adults couples) with each vehicle driving over eight to nine hours and could have easily brought personal chairs and umbrellas had we been notified by Pam Martin Realty of this information. When I spoke with Ms Martin she told me she had been told earlier that same week with our arrival being that Friday. In my opinion there had been plenty of time for an alert to be sent to her customers of the unavailable beach chairs and umbrellas and to bring your own. I feel as if this was a great disservice to customers that had paid plenty of money for accommodation in one of the penthouse condos. Also the accommodations of four king bedrooms were not equivalent to each other with only that should be considered master.
