Amazing staff!
We was checked in late but wow the staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and looked after us from start to finish. We have 2 small children which was hard work but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy as possible. Only thing we didnt like was the room layouts and the way you close the doors for toilet and showers. Room hotel views are also stunning by the way😍

Horrible experience, advertised as free breakfast for all, we had to pay breakfast for our kids in the end. Hotel has asked us to discuss with Expedia, Expedia said we need to ask hotel. I don’t think that we would ever come back here, not a Five-star hotel standard and experience!

A very nice hotel. The room is high tech. Toilets in the room are all automatic flush. We booked a suite this time and the room is super nice. Business lounge on 27th floor is great and the staffs are very attentive. We will definitely stay at Conrad when coming to Guangzhou next time.
