Location, location, location! 2 blocks away from the heart of the city (GDL Cathedral). Lots of options for shopping and sights to see. Staff is great and hotel is good for what you pay.

Hotel is located in the center of the city. Restaurant is very limited with 0 knowledge of hotel service. I ask for a glass of wine and I was told that they were not able to serve it because they did not had a wine opener? Prices on the menu do not reflect the poor menu selection They advertised in the entrance 24 hours room service. Not available closets on terrible condition gabinetes also broken and falling apart Location is great close to mostly everything

Room smelled awful and there was no toilet paper and we told reception when we were down stairs and they never sent anyone. Then when we were in our room the phone didn’t work to call them. Don’t stay there.
