We had a great time, hotel was clean and nice. I would not recommend booking transportation thru expedia as they added 5 times the amount that is charged in Mexico. Never will trust expedia again.

Not the best experience!
The rooms were super small. The drainage in the bathroom was horrible. The sink water would stay for minutes in the bowl when brushing our teeth.

Staff was great & hotel was clean. They only issue was that they charge for parking (not much but wasn't told ahead of time). Also purchased my package online & choose a view to Cathedral but was give a room with not a great view. Overall have a great time!!

I loved the location right in downtown. Staff was super helpful whenever we needed help. I thought, due to the location of the hotel, some noise from outside was going to be heard in the rooms but, that wasn't the case. It was very quiet in the rooms even though the Romeria was going on. I also loved the food in the restaurant. Can't wait to go back to GDL and stay with you guys again.
