Beautiful property (35 acres) in southern Ardèche, overlooking the hills of Ardeche. particularly interesting situation in the peaceful village of Grospierres, ten minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet new and spectacular gorges of the Ardeche. Ideal region for lovers of walking, biking, horse riding, quad biking, golf, kayaking ... or simply lazing by the pool.
The property consists of two adjoining houses. The small house for 4 people maximum consists of a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with bath and shower (hairdryer available), a large kitchen-living room fully equipped (fridge, freezer, MW, cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) with an oval table and 10 chairs, a TV lounge with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a convertible sofa bed, a terrace with large table and chairs (+ umbrella). A large terrace is inserted between the house and the pool.
The large house for 10 people maximum includes 3 large rooms with themes:
Australian room with pool view (double bed 180)
The American room overlooking the pool (double bed 180 and convertible sofa bed)
Ocean room with view on the entrance of the property (double bed of 180 and 2 single beds)
The three bedrooms have a private bathroom with sink, Italian shower and toilet. At the level of the garden, a games room with table football and table tennis, as well as a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, a stove and a sink and a dining area (table for 4 people) are at your disposal. Both houses are equipped with electric heaters and two gas stoves.
The large 10x5m swimming pool is fenced and sun loungers are laid out on the beach.
In the large garden, a bowling alley is waiting for you.

Maison très bien équipée mais très vieux jeu... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim', avec 45°c à l'ombre... ça n'aurait pas été du luxe... Pas prévu dans l'annonce, on le savait mais pourquoi pas de machine à laver ??? Mobilier ancien, on a peur de toucher pour ne pas casser... un bon coup de refresh ne ferait pas de tort... Ménage à l'arrivée pas fait... ou alors, en express'... dommage...

Une semaine plutôt mitigée
Après un accueil un peu hâtif à notre goût, nous découvrons deux gîtes sympathiques et propres. Petit bémol cependant au niveau des commodités. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain (avec WC) certes, mais il n'y a qu'un rideau (pour certains) pour les séparer.. Pas très idéale lorsque la chambre est partagée. Par ailleurs, les lumières autour de la piscine ne fonctionnent pas (aucune information concernant ce problème lors de notre arrivée), impossible de se baigner une fois la nuit tombée. De plus, la piscine est devenue verte vers la fin de notre séjour ce qui est vraiment dommage... Nous tenons cependant à souligner que se fut une location correcte, propre et confortable Nous retiendrons que le positif et nous remercions le propriétaire de nous avoir louer ce bien !

Alentours très positif mais la maison manque de propreté
La maison est très bien située, à moins de 30 minutes de route de beaucoup d'activités. La piscine est vraiment un point fort. Par contre, le manque de climatisation est un gros point faible avec la chaleur actuelle impossible de dormir avec la chaleur et si on ouvre les fenêtres ont se fait attaquer par les moustiques tigres. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement (frigo pas propre, toiles et araignées sous les lits, encore du café dans la cafetière)

SEJOUR TRES SYMPA
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Yann, emplacement et fonctionnalité sont les atouts majeurs de cette location . Le grand jardin très bien entretenu, et une salle de bain et toilettes attenantes à chaque chambres , idéal !!! Seul la température de la piscine était un peu limite pour nous. Nous recommandons ce logement sans aucunes hésitations.

Grande maison vétuste mais agréable et idéalement placée géographiquement. Grand terrain verdoyant et bien arboré. Deux points négatifs: ni douche ou pédiluve au bord de la piscine, et curieusement pas de machine à laver le linge. Personnel d'accueil très sympa et à l'écoute.

Très belle maison
Maison très bien situé et avec un grand terrain fort agréable. 4 Chambres bien distingues équipées chacune d'une salle de bain. La météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine mais plutôt de la salle de jeux ! Il manque juste des toilettes séparés pour la partie commune de la maison (utilisation de la SDB de la 4ième chambre)

Que ce soit la procédure d'arrivée, la maison en elle même ou bien le cadre, tout est parfait. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine et toute la partie piscine. La literie des chambre est top et les chambres sont au calme. Seul petit bémol, prévoir l'antimoustique !! Nous reviendrons néanmoins avec plaisir

Super séjour!!
La communication avec le propriétaire et l’accueil de la personne qui nous a fait l’état des lieux c’est très bien passé. La maison est un peu vieillotte mais elle ne manque de rien et est idéalement placée. L’extérieur est génial! Belle et grande terrasse bien aménagée qui donne sur la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. La maison est tres agréable et conviviale. Elle convient parfaitement à des vacances familiales. Pour Des vacances entre amis le petit point négatif est l'absence de toilette privative. Point positif: une piscine au top et de grands espaces. Point negatif: toilette ouverte dans les chambres et pas de lave linge. En tout cas merci, séjour super!!
