Not worth the money
While the house has been renovated and is nice, check in was late, beds were not made, laundry in the washer and dryer that we had to finish to use the washer and dryer. floors were slick, and our socks were black after taking our shoes off and walking them. No response from our host, had to work to get our check-in key at the last minute, host replied it was VRBO’s fault. Kitchen had bare minimal, not even salt and pepper when it is advertised to be stocked and have spices, A small set of Pots and pans and the skillet was so dirty we couldn’t cook in it. We rent VRBO a lot and are considered great guest by our host. We leave the place clean and we follow rules. We are always invited back by our host. We recommend other houses. This truly our first bad experience in the years we have been using VRBO. listing that is not there.

This was a very nice home to stay in. We were able to save money over hotel rooms for our son’s wedding at a near by venue. Nice place to relax and share family time during the event. Very clean and the 3 bathrooms came in handy.

We were a group of business women in town for a major convention. There was not enough toilet paper for 6 women. We had to ration. Not enough trash bags to clean up (only 2 for 4 days). Also no basics such as napkins, oil or spray for cooking.

My experience was bittersweet. The home was great. Host surprised us with wine and snacks and clean home. Superb decor. All beds were very comfortable. The blue Diamond pots were amazing and cooked the food perfectly. There is plenty seating for large families. I love the openness floor plan. I would recommend the cleaners making sure the toilets are cleaned prior to guest check-in and pressure washing the outside as spider webs and spiders are very visible. Our hiccup was incorrect arrival date. Within hours of making the reservations I emailed and requested a date change on July 8. The host Derrick contacted me by phone on the 12th and said he would get back with me. I emailed again on the 16th. He replied offering me half day refund. According to the cancellation policy, I should have been refunded 1 full day. Overall very nice.

Really nice place. It was clean and easy: if I had to be nitpicking, I would just say that since it slept 8 people, we should be able to take at least 3-5 showers at a time with out waiting, but we only waited about 10-15 min for the next shower. Other than that, well stocked and owners very responsive. I would stay again.
