I stayed in room 413. My two girlfriends and I were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful view from our room! The room was spacious with a small kitchenette. We were impressed with the staff, as they were attentive. I accidently left my mushroom coffee in the cafe, and the gentleman working the front desk had it behind his desk. He gave it back to me. I am definitely coming back!

3.5 I really liked this hotel. The decor and room setup were on point. And I felt very insulated despite being right downtown in a popular area. All the amenities were excellent, except one. The complimentary breakfast was not good. I feel like if that is improved, I could get this review to be a 4 or 5 star.

Beautiful hotel and nice breakfast. Parking was very tight as there were one or two spots left in their parking garage and some people cannot park properly, but we managed to find a spot!

This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. The rooms are so clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. Although the outside noises weren’t too disturbing, the only request I would have is to place white noise machines in the room.

Very Nice Experience
Convenient, clean, modern, no complaints. We were upgraded and had a kitchen with microwave, huge fridge, dishwasher, dishes, etc. and amazing city view. Located right next to Van Andel where our show was. I can’t think of anything that would have made it better. Parking was $30, but the ease it brought made it worth it. Breakfast was good. Layout of hotel was convenient. Safe. All good.
