It was amazing. The room was beautiful and my family had an amazing time there for new years. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. The sauna was amazing. Great place and I would really recommend if you are going to be downtown.

Paid for the Convenience
I paid more to be centrally located downtown for the Van Andel Arena. Only thing I wasn't aware of was the parking fee $29/night. I didn't notice it in the hotel description. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We walked the streets to the Arena, later found out there is a skywalk directly from the hotel, they don't tell you that when you check in, so we found out too late, but walk was still fine. Only a block and 1/2 away. The pool area seemed a bit rundown, but the hot tub was great! Really HOT! Definitely worth the extra money for the convenience. Our vehicle stayed parked the whole time. Nice walking around in the downtown area.

Was a nice stay but so out dated… need to upgrade. Was disappointed that the tables didn’t have a place for phone cords??? Had to borrow a plug from front desk. Good thing for you that the front desk was great service

Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance! Customer Service is top notch!
