Service in the bar/grill was not great. Server was hanging out with fruends in the arcade across the hall. Housekeeping left our room unlocked all day while we were out for the day. Luckily nothing was taken

Very clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly the pool area is great. The gift shop is the best in town too. Lots of dining options and activities. Only 5-10 minutes and you’re at the Grand Canyon. Definitely would stay here again.

I wish we stayed more than one night so we could have taken advantage of the amenities. Our room had a view of the fun-looking pool. Breakfast buffet was tasty and a good value. Our waitress was great. Slept like a rock in the comfy bed.

This property has it all! The staff to amenities were great and the hotel is beautiful and such easy access from Grand Canyon. Food was amazing. Had steak and fish and it melted in your mouth. Ate lunch at pool bar outside and chicken sandwich was great and chef actually was a young man and came and served it and asked how we liked it. Pools are great and so many things to do if you had kids or a family reunion. Wish we could stay longer. Price is right for what you get. Felt like a queen.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great. Very clean. Room was nice, but wifi was very spotty. It was more "not working" than "working". We had to go to the lobby for wifi. States that every room has a safe, but ours did not. Overall, I would recommend this property.

We stayed one night last week after our booking inside the park got cancelled. Check-in & Check out were fast & quick. Staff were friendly. Good room size and comfy beds. Free coffee & tea facilities in the room. Bathroom was good but could do with an update The best part is that this hotel is 20 minutes drive to South Rim. Our stay was too short to try any meals not even breakfast. We had food vouchers which we were unable to use including 2 $5 games vouchers. So cannot comment on a lot.

We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to emergency evacuations in our hometown. We have made many attempts to contact the accounting department to request a refund given the circumstances (state of emergency declared) and have not heard anything in response. Terrible service. If the answer was no that was okay, but to not respond to multiple requests through multiple venues is absolutely unacceptable. Will absolutely not be back nor recommend to anyone else.
