After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a relaxing night in this spacious condo in front of the gas fireplace. Make a wonderful meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and then cuddle up on the couch for a movie. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a twin in the living room. The living space includes a 55-inch flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player and STARZ, Showtime, and HBO streaming in the living room, plus a 40-inch flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player in each bedroom. You'll also have a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, Free WiFi, and valley and pool views. The complex enjoys ski-in/ski-out access, a complimentary ski locker, wireless internet in the common area, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tub (open seasonally throughout the year).
WHAT’S NEARBYBase Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with backdoor access to Ski and Bike Granby Ranch with close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and is available for one vehicle.
THINGS TO KNOW
* As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
