The property is old, and I was excited about it, but it is not well maintained, I stayed on room 6, the bathroom has a real awful smell all the time, we kept the door closed to feel it less. The room was also extremely cold. Outside temperatures 40° F. and hotel staff turned off the heater frequently. That place was freezing. Also, on arrival I mentioned my VIP status through Expedia to the front desk guy and he told me that Travel agencies offer things to customers that are not true. Honestly, a real disaster, will never be there again.

This was a booking made just two days in advance. What luck! Hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and interesting/cool interior, as show in the photos. Loved the location. Easy access to busier areas but down a picturesque street. Take a quick walk up the hillside neighborhood for a lookout across from the Alhambra.

Thumb up for a day time staff at reception. Arron is very nice, friendly and helpful. I feel very welcome when walking in the place. I booked two rooms and both were clean and warm. Equipped with all amenities we need. The location is awesome. You can walk to the bus stop in 2 mins. Definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Granada.

The room was generously sized and the view of the Alhambra was absolutely spectacular!! The location in the old city was great and very conveniently located. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and the little red buses were convenient to take around town and up to the Alhambra. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful! Our only struggle was that there is no elevator! The staff was very helpful in assisting with our luggage, but the daily trips up/down are something to be considered. Also, at times, the hot water and water pressure were extremely minimal. This may have been because we were on the top floor.

Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options and staff was amazing.
Tiny courtyard below but at least this provides some natural light into room 8.
Narrow hallway with a bit of hight restriction between living room and bedroom
Bathroom was tiny expected, shower needs a bit of an upgrade but still functional with hot water which is also part of the character of this very old building
