Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Optional breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.Bacon,eggs, hashbrowns and other items that should be kept hot were always cold. Good selection of coffees, teas, breads and spreads. aparcamiento en el hotel caro. aparcamientos en la calle lejos del establecimiento. Tiene spa pero los dias de nuestra estancia estaba cerrado y no avisan al hacer la reserva. Durante la madrugada hubo mucho ruido de otros huespedes y el personal del hotel no hizo nada

El trato fue muy bueno, teníamos asignada una habitación, y como iba a ir un grupo grande de personas a alojarse en una habitación cerca de la nuestra, no ofrecieron otra habitación donde podíamos estar más tranquilos. Si vais al hotel, y cenais o coméis en el bar, os recomiendo la hamburguesa, además el trato de la camarera es maravilloso.

La habitación es muy pequeña, el baño necesita una puesta a punto. Reservamos una habitación con vistas a la piscina, y nos dieron una habitación sin vistas, y muy pequeña. No volveré a este hotel, durante la estancia,surgieron varios contratiempos, el primero la puerta de entrada a la habitación , la puerta se quedaba abierta, lo comunicamos con el personal de recepción, según ellos lo solventaron, pero no fue así, cada vez que salíamos del dormito estábamos diez minutos fuera para conseguir cerrar la puerta . Otro contratiempo, el colchón, necesita un plan renové. Otro contratiempo fue el aire acondicionado, no funciona, y se de lo que hablo, soy instalador. No bastante con todo esto, se me ocurrió tomar una caña por la tarde, me cobraron 4 euros, por un momento no sabía si me ataba en Granada o en la plaza san marcos de Venecia,( normal que el restaurante estuviera vacío) La ducha, el ACS no funciona bien, igual salía agua templada que de repente te quemabas. Otro contratiempo, la limpieza, se me ocurrió mover la mesita para recoger un objeto, y el suelo estaba lleno de polvo, de mucho tiempo, y la cortina de la ventana, orinada. No os dejéis influir por las fotos publicadas, pensarlo y valorar si merece la pena.

Not a hotel decorated to my taste. The lighting was awfull both in the room and the dining area. there were big spots of mould int the shower area. The breakfast was quite dull, and not very healthy But the staff was very friendly and the price was fine compared to the standard so if you just need a place to stay then the hotel is fine

El baño no tiene pestillo, luego pones el cartel de no molestar y aun así entran , hacen muchisimo ruido cuando estan limpiando,se escuchan absolutamente todos los ruidos, muy pocos enchufes para una habitación para 3 personas,no hay ni champú ni gel de cuerpo ,solo un gel de menos que con eso te lo tienes que apañar entero,las 4 estrellas se le quedan muy grandes a ese hotel… ,tambien decir que personal de recepción muy amable y rapidos
