Fabulous little hotel - modern, clean and very central to everything. Loved the little library and rooftop bar. Excellent reception staff. I left an item in my room and contacted the hotel who were brilliant and organized for it to be posted to me. Will be back for sure!

Newly renovated property down the road from the Alhambra. Nice rooftop area. Very attentive staff that even packed up a "picnic" breakfast for us to take with us to the train station as we were leaving prior to scheduled breakfast time. Would definitively stay there again.

10 mins walk up to the Alhambra. Super easy access to town. We stayed at the Junior suite - 2 rooms. It was an excellent choice for family with 2 kids. 2 bathrooms which is super convenient for family.

We booked the Double or Twin Room, Patio, Ground Floor (Chic Room). Dad and daughter trip. ❌ Cleanliness: shower had someone else's sample hair products in the shower. two sachets. and there was hair in the shower as well. the patio we had was not clean, leftover trash on the table. ❌ Negligence: we discussed the broken bidet and they didn't rush to fix it. both nights it didn't work. they should've asked about our stay and offer something to assist this inconvenience. ❌ space: small room, despite the patio. very small but so is every room in that hotel. ❌ staff: didn't seem to care at all about any concerns. one was smoking outside and eventually noticed us, smelled like cigs.

What a great hotel. My suite was spacious, had a comfy bed, and the very modern shower provided plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was good too, in that while there were a few offerings of eggs, sausages, breads, and fruits, they were fresh and tasty. This hotel is also a short walk from the entrance of the Alhambra and to many restaurants and eateries. I will stay here again.

The hotel staff are entirely professional & most are at least bilingual in english & spanish - my strong recommendation for english speakers is to acquire a bit of spanish before arriving, it'll go a long way towards everyone's comfort level. This hotel is in an area near several popular plazas & the Alhambra complex, but amazingly it's VERY quiet after 10 PM. Their 4th floor terrace restaurant is excellent & you can take out items from there to your room. This hotel is a definite 4.5 star find, the only thing keeping it from a 5th star is lack of a pool, which wouldn't be feasible d/t neighborhood space tight, obviously from prior eras in the wonderful city of Granada !
