The location for this hotel was excellent - right in the heart of Granada. It offered a very nice breakfast buffet. The room right off of the front desk was lovely, decorated with plants and nice furniture. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and spoke fluent English.

Great value, location and staff!
Really centrally located hotel with lovely welcoming, helpful staff and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and excellent beds. Decent continental breakfast and nice lobby lounge area. Only 20 mins walk to the Alhambra and 2 mins to loads of great restaurants and bars plus the old town and cathedral. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Great location and staff. Room was excellent with 2 stories. AC control was not working properly and bathroom could use a bit of remodeling hence giving it 4-stars. Location is extremely central which made huge difference to our experience.

Just returned and we loved it the staff are amazing, helpful and supportive. My only issue was our door key gave us some hassle and they need some ramps for the suitcases for ease. But these are just some observations. The hotel is lovely

Nice location in the heart of the tourist area, easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and the shuttle busses that go around town and to the Alhambra. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and ordering a taxi to airport. We had the larger 4 person room and it was comfortable for 4. The breakfast is more continental but was tasty and met our needs. Would defiantly recommend the hotel.
