With traditional-style furnishings and stone-covered walls, the air-conditioned villa promises a unique holiday experience while providing the luxuries of a modern home. It includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms with a shower. For your pure pleasure, there is also an indoor wellness room with a hydromassage pool as well as a sauna.

The outdoor area also provides a great place for you to relax and enjoy the company of your favorite people. There is a large heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, where you can dry off following a swim or simply soak in the sun. In addition, you can use the outdoor barbecue grill and share a delicious meal out in the open on the terrace next to the pool.

This authentic Istrian villa is located in Gračišće, a village on a hill not far from the town of Pazin in the very heart of the Istrian peninsula. Rupa, the major border crossing between Croatia and Slovenia, is around 70 km away, while Pula Airport can be reached in less than an hour from Gračišće (50 km). The village is conveniently near Učka Nature Park, while the nearest beach is a bit more than 20 km away on the eastern coast of Istria.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The neighbourhood is really quiet and beautiful. It was really perfect. The bedrooms were really pretty too perfect for five people and we loved to cook in the nice kitchen.

Die Villa Katherina ist ein historisches Haus das sehr liebevoll restauriert wurde. Es fehlt an absolut nichts. Ein Higlight sind sicher die beiden Pools und die Sauna, absolut perfekt integriert. Schön ist auch die Umgebung im Bergland Istriens mit Wanderwegen und jede Menge Panoramablicken, wobei natürlich anzumerken ist das man schon gut zu Fuß sein muss. Die persönliche Betreuung durch den Besitzer der Villa ist herausragend. Immer sehr schnell zur Stelle wenn man ein Problem hat und wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen. Wir waren begeistert.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Zwar mitten in Istrien aber gute Ausgangslage wenn man nicht jeden Tag am gleichen Ort sein möchte sondern verschiedene Städte/Strände erkunden möchte! Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Vermieter!

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit zwei Pools
Schönes altes istrisches Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Bei Übergabe erfolgte eine kurze Einweisung durch den netten Vermieter. Bei Problemen war er innerhalb von 15 Minuten da. Highlights waren die beiden Pools. Kurzum alles Super!!! Besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
