The friendly staff was the highlight. Great location and very clean apartment. More outdoor lighting at the BBQ area on Level 27 would have been appreciated. But the lounge and BBQ area there was fabulous. We would certainly stay at Rhapsody again and recommend to others.

Rhapsody Surfers Paradise was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they were able to provide information about getting around the local area. The apartment was lovely - clean, comfy bed, great pillows etc. and the steam room and sauna were great- all the facilities you could want. The location to the beach was perfect. Did not want to leave!

Great location for tram, restaurants, and beaches. Apartment was well set up with a beautiful view. The bed could have been comfier (it was very firm), and the dishwasher was a bit smelly.

This was my second time staying at Rhapsody resort, first time was a great experience. This time would've been the same except for the construction site directly next to my apartment. Even though the noise wasn't exceptionally loud it started at 7 am every morning except on Sunday. The apartments are clean, modern, spacious and have great ocean views. I would definitely stay at Rhapsody again but being that there is another 70 odd storeys to be built next door it'll be in a few years !

Our stay at Rhapsody Resort was wonderful! Our ocean views were spectacular and the unit was well-appointed, very clean and comfortable, especially our bed. Toiletries were lovely. General amenities such as the top floor (Level 41) included great 360°views, large BBQ area and loads of seating. Ground floor pool area also had a large BBQ area next to pool and spa. All the gardens were beautifully cared for and maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park was secure and easily accessed. Rhapsody Beachside Cafe adjacent to the resort was a great place to eat with delicious food and coffee. Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We booked a room with two bedrooms overlooking the beach. The room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tram station is just a 1 minute walk to the resort, and there are also bus stations nearby. All our family members love Rhapsody Resort.
