Very convenient for both the airport and for public transport to Geneva. The free shuttle from and to airport is very good. Quiet, comfortable and spacious room.

Great hotel, stressed and unhelpful staff
Hotel rooms are really great. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. However we did have a pretty bad experience with their shuttle bus driver from the airport. It was late at night and he was very stressed and incapable of letting passengers know what way he wanted them to load the bus. He was cursing in French, erratic and seemed on the verge of tears. Our kids were scared by him and did not want to get on the bus as he was so upset. We chose to walk as it was only 10 minutes. Another issue was that on checkin they said our 2 room order came through as 2 separate orders, despite hotels.com having a single reservation, so our family rooms were on different floors. Reception staff were like “that’s not our problem” and implied it was our fault.

Quiet Discrimination to Asian?
At night, I was about to sleep but someone outside knocked my door("Koong, Koong, Koong" like smashing). So astonished, I thought 'is there fire?!' But when I opened the door, no one was around a circular corridor except two boys(looks early teenages) running down the stair. I was suspicious them but there were no evidence so decided to forget and went back to room. About 10mins later the same knocking happened again. Since I was about to fall asleep, the smashing sound made me mad. I opened the door, and again, no one was around. I guessed someone are hid around where I couldn't see at my view. Fortunately a hotel crew was on the downstairs so I asked him to come up. Coming up, he watched the two boys hiding themselves. The boys walked to the elevator and just say 'sorry' in a sour way. I told them 'where is your room? bring your parents' and also I asked the staff to bring the parents to me. And it passed a half hour. So I called reception desk how it was going on. The receptionist didn't understand what I said and she seemed what happened. She asked me to talk in person. But, she already knew what happened.(She mentioned the male crew's name and what she heard from him.) But her response was dismissing. The cold-minded saying sorry by the children, the staff's reaction having ignored my demand in the end, and the receptionist's passive reception... I couldn't help but leave a review. Among all the happening during an hour I was discriminated quietly.

Near to the airport but you will need to take a bus. Very difficult to walk there with luggage. You can take a shuttle bus no.10 there

Comfort at great value
A one night stopover, due to our Car Hire rental company closing early and forcing an unplanned night stay. Our booking was effortless, the transfer to/from the airport/hotel very reliable and the reception staff excellent. All-in-all a very comfortable night, from a very disappointing beginning!

Good value, spacious and handy kitchen area with sink, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Downfall was lack of toiletries like separate shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion, which appears in some of the photos. Free bus pass available, bus stop is 1-2 minute walk which takes you into centre in arounx 20-30 minutes.
