Customer service was outstanding. Evelyne was amazing and so welcoming. Arrive early for my group trip and needed a room for a one night stay. This was perfect for the hotel was nice. I included breawhich was delicious Woukd definitely recommend.

NOT SAFE FOR SOLO TRAVELERS
This hotel has very weird vibes and I noticed immediately upon check in that it does not have deadbolts on the doors. I had an extremely frightening experience where another guest was given access to my room and entered in the middle of the night, I woke up screaming to a man standing in my room around midnight. As a solo female traveler, this was terrifying. The front desk was extremely unhelpful, calling and demanding I tell them my name as if I was in the incorrect room. They later tried to tell me this didn't happen at all, before finally admitting it was their mistake and that a manager would call me. No apology. No manager ever called. I left the hotel at 4 am as soon as I knew the airport check in would be open because I felt so unsafe.

We only went for one night, we had a flight to catch the next morning. So we decided to stay around the airport area. The hotel is excellent we were 3 adult and 2 kids we ask for a crib. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are big and clean. Accesible transportation to the old town. The hotel itself is wonderful, the receptionist are supper attentive. I love the place

Just stay here for one night. We liked that they provided transported; to the hotel & airport. If you are looking to book for one night or two it’s perfect but anything more than that I recommend looking at different options if you like luxurious/nicer hotels.

This hotel is amazing. We go there several times a year. They offer free shuttle from the airport. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are comfortable and there is no noise. Highly recommended
