Reception and lobby are very grand and chic however the rest of the hotel is dated, including the furnishing. Rooms very cramped. No tea/coffee making facilities. (Kettle and crockery available on request). Main plus points are location and staff friendly and helpful. PS. Car keys a left at reception, if you use the hotels carparking facilitiy.

Terrible experience

No heating. Staff lied about fixing the radiator. Window would not close. Staff gave a blanket for extra warmth that you would not let your cat sleep on. Terrible experience.
