We checked in which was easy however we got to our room, tiredfrom the drive, found out the tv did not work on iver half the channels so went we went for breakfast the following mirning we told the front desk, he said that he would have someone fix it that day, we got back that night and no one had fixed the issue. So again the next mirning we went back down to the office and told the front desk again and again he said that he would let maintenance kniw we also at that time told him about the light above the mirror flickering and he said he again would let maintenance know again we come back that evening and you guessed it nothing was done. We did not go back down the following mirning we figured ut was not going to get fixed that they would again give us the same song and dance so upon checking out we told a different front desk attendant and he did not see the paper that the other front desk wrote everything down on. We also let them know at this time about the shower head constantly dripping and the sink faucet not turning off unless you found the sweet spot. We did not mention the soiled lamp shades because at this point i was already annoyed that things were not repaired while we were there and just felt it was no big deal. Would not let me add photos or the video of the tv not working properly or the video of the light flickering...

Horrible! Disgusting!
Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at this hotel was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. The conditions were disgusting from the moment I walked in. The carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The fireplace was broken and looked like it hadn’t worked in ages. The bathroom was no better – the shower was dirty, with soap scum and grime all over, and the mirror was smeared with fingerprints. To make matters worse, there were bugs crawling around in the room. On top of all that, the room had a horrible smell, like a mix of mustiness and something else foul. I couldn’t even bear to stay there. I ended up leaving and finding another hotel nearby, as I couldn’t see any reason to stick around in such a terrible place. They refused to give me a refund, which just made the whole experience worse. I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking here to stay away. It’s not worth the risk, no matter how cheap it seems. Look elsewhere!

The owners need to update the whole property but the staff was friendly and it was convenient for downtown walks and shopping. The first night there we had to move to another room because we had no heat and the second rooms fireplace did not work but that wasn’t a deal breaker so we didn’t complain

We used to stay here a lot, but it’s gone downhill. Rooms were dirty, and the bedspread smelled like poo in one spot. Hairdryer had exposed heating coils. Likely will go somewhere else next time. Staff didn’t seem to care.

The location is great. It's easy to access from the Gatlinburg bypass, and all the excitment of Gatlinburg is right there within walking distance. The property was not very clean, however, and some of the guests coming in from town were quite noisy. The staff was nice though.

Rooms were nice. They do need to be worked on. Toilet was loose. One of the light switches did not work. The door was rotten ion the bottom which did not let it close properly. It needed some repair work to the wall under the sink.

The staff made my stay perfect, they are friendly and kind, they will help you in anything you need. The only tiny bad things I gotta say, the hotel is being renovated, and yes there's no USB chargers inside the room. The hallway to the room was not clean, staff can clean the spider webs from the light bulbs, from outside the room. Other than those dramatic things, I had a great time. Even with the friendly Bear roaming around haha but feel appreciated, that's the only bear you'll see. I walked around the trails for 3-4 hours scared to death lol and no bears.

Loved the bears!
Having bears roam freely on the grounds made the stay enjoyable! The rooms were okay, nothing to write home about. No hair dryer or usb plug ins. No tub shelves and the shower curtain was too short.
