Highly recommend! We had plenty of room for everyone.
We were pleased that the maintenance people arrived quickly to fix the living room gas fire place. We didn't need it for the heat, just atmosphere. Also the coffeepot quit working and they brought us a new Mr Coffee right away. Great customer service! Didn't think we'd play pool, but we had a great time with our crazy crew playing one night!

We have stayed here before love the location up in the mountains but very easy to get to.Both times we have stayed there bears come to visit us.The first time we had 1 huge bear .This time one night we had 1 bear and the next night was mom bear and 3 cubs .That is so exciting to watch.

It was a very nice stay. Enjoyed the house very much. Road to get up is crazy scary. ;(. But the house had lost of room for my family to hang out. We saw a family of bears the first night we were there. Only problem was we bought stuff to grill out but it was out of propane. ;(. And the pans were very old and not very good to cook with. Other than that we love it and will come back.

They dont care if the property was hitby a hurricane. Could not verify if the rental was damaged or even had electricity. No refund. No contact. No resolution. They just washed hands of you and you money was goneyour prepaid

My wife and I along with two other couples stayed here for a fun getaway weekend in Gatlinburg. The cabin is not far from town and easy to get too. Although the roads are a little sketchy up into the mountains it was not an issue this time of year. The cabin is laid out nicely and has everything you need to have. Great stay. We will rent here again in the future.

The property itself is amazing and we had a great time. We saw bears from the porch and a bobcat. There’s reviews about the roads, but you’re driving up a mountain. The roads are exactly what you should expect…narrow, curvy…scary. There’s also reviews on how this was the “cleanest house” which I would have to disagree. There was some garbage left around in the house. The dishwasher is absolutely disgusting and more mold is covering the inside than not. The glass shower has mold growing on the ceiling. One of the toilets isn’t actually level, so they just put something to try and balance it…don’t sit quick is all I gotta say. The counter is falling apart in that bathroom. Basically wear and tear is happening and they are repairing it, what appears, as cheap as possible. Which is super sad because, like I said it was amazing here….But if it doesn’t start to get fixed appropriately, the house is gonna eventually go down hill.
