This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for as well as high end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. (bring firewood)

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (bring coffee)

Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in main clubhouse area.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the mountains. The place is very clean and has a great view of the mountains. Its very peaceful and quiet here. Will definitely stay again. The view is great but the walls are thin so we heard our neighbors above and beside us all hours of the night. It feels like you’re staying at a hotel. The bed was decently comfortable. Overall, similar to a hotel stay with the convenience of a small kitchen but definitely a great view.

We had a great weekend stay at this condo. The size was perfect for two adults and would have been ok with a couple of kids as well. The place was modern and clean. The location was a big plus. Off the beaten path above Gatlinburg and away from all the busy streets. The view from the deck alone, was worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome view to wake up to!
I had a great 5 night stay. The bed is in a nook with widows on 2 sides. It was awesome to wake up to the view of the mountains every morning. I even got to ride out a thunder/lighting storm one night! I would highly recommend for a solo trip or a couple at the most. Space would be extremly tight for more than 2 :-)

Beautiful view, great cozy little getaway
The space is simple and cozy and perfect for a weekend away! The best parts were the view from the balcony, the windows tucked around the bed, and the fireplace. The sun rises right outside the window (facing due east) which made for a beautiful morning. The blinds are heavy duty if you want to sleep in, but for us it was a pleasant surprise. It’s nothing fancy but it was perfect for what we wanted.

The room was quite cozy, with an amazing view. Only downfall was the walls were really thin, so you could hear a lot from neighbors and also the tv remote gave us troubles even after changing the batteries.. but seriously those were the only negatives and we weren’t in the room that much for it to be that big of a deal. I would absolutely recommend this place to a couple who needs a place to stay for a weekend getaway!
