We enjoyed this property a lot! The only problem with this place is the two elevators for the whole building. Expect wait times. We were there during the New Year celebration!

The property was very convenient to all the events we wanted to experience. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. It was clean and what we needed for our stay. The only inconvenience was that the elevators were extremely slow and there was always an extended wait. For a facility that size it would be helpful to have more accessible elevators We did have a very nice stay. Thank you

Property is very conveniently located near the strip in Gatlinburg. It sits on the water, which is nice. Parking is easy in the parking garage, and the strip is just a short walk across the water and one street over. Property needs renovated and updated pretty badly. The lobby area is decent however the rooms are outdated. Our room was not the cleanest either. Indoor pool area was small but still fairly nice, didn’t use the outdoor area since it was winter during our visit. Breakfast was typical hot continental so it was fine since it was included. Overall probably would look at other options next time we visit due to the value for the price.
