The room was clean, the location is perfect because we didn’t have to pay for parking we were right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg which was exactly what I wanted. The cost was great and affordable. We walked to everywhere such as Anakeesta, Ripleys, all the attractions and restaurants are close to the hotel. The location is perfect!!!!!!!
