Overall, this is a nice place. The renovations appear to be more recent. Some of them are really nice, some of them are more DIY than Professional, but in the 20's it's hard to find skilled tradespeople. The hot tub was clean. The kitchen is small (see photos) but serviceable and has all new appliances that work. The stairs to the two main bedrooms are very steep and shallow. They could be a challenge for both older people and younger kids. There is a bunk bed in a small room off of one of the bedrooms this is a good space for kids and a really good setup for families with children, but in the colder months this is where the furnace is (in a closet in that room) and it got hot in the room. My kids, however, didn't seem to mind. We didn't use the bunk because the kids are a bit young. A pack and play fit along with a camp mattress on the floor but this left little room for moving around. The kids LOVED the arcade. Irene is a good communicator and quickly responds to your needs.
