Only issue is parking. There is not enough for the amount of people staying. Bed space vs parking space....BOO

Run down.
I would never stay in this place again. It was clean in the aspect of vacuumed and the countertops were clean, etc. but there was major mold on the ceiling beams. The The property is definitely run down and not maintain. Several things did not work properly in the house including the AC. Trees and weeds were completely over grown everywhere completely blocking all the views of the lake. The one perk this house had was it was very well stocked.

Great location
Great location and the property was very clean. Upstairs bath/shower is a weird layout and not super functional. Needs a shower curtain. Movie room was great, however sound was not working during our stay so we could not utilize it. Balconies were awesome, but would suggest more outdoor furniture and cutting down the trees that block what would be an amazing full view of the lake. It really was a great place and had no other real issues or complaints. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Just as a side note, more outside furniture, a hot tub and even a propane fire pit would add value and appeal to this already great rental.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Our family of eight (me & spouse, two married w/ spouses, two teens) spent a week here in early June 2020. Overall the property is very nice and a great place to stay. We would rent here again. Good: The kitchen is fantastic. Huge pantry with almost every small appliance you could wish for. Good selection of pots and pans. Two very large griddles for pancakes, etc. Good selection of spices. Great big fridge/freezer that works well. Two sinks for prep and cleanup. Could use a few more dish towels. The table has extension leaves on both ends and sits 8-10 easily. The great room and decks are really nice gathering places. We really enjoyed the pool table, but it could use some new cues. WiFi works well. Great to have washer/dryer on site. Decent space between neighbors, so not too bothersome, but feels more like a residential neighborhood than being at a cabin. Bad: The ping-pong table is there, but has a lot of water damage, so don't get your hopes up for a championship family tournament. The popcorn machine shown in the photos did not work. Sleeps 20? Well, maybe, but not comfortably. More like 10-12. Only 50 gallons of hot water, and not set very hot. Hard to get more than 2-3 showers at a time, especially if you're trying to wash dishes too. Master shower is cool looking, and totally useless. Giant tub is cool, but with only 50 gallons of lukewarm water no chance at a nice bath either. Parking is a challenge. We had a minivan, sedan, SUV with a small trailer for paddle boards and kayaks. Very steep drive. Maybe parking for 6 motorcycles, but not cars. Signage says no street parking.

Great venue for a family reunion weekend
Timberland Cabin was the perfect location for our family's reunion. It provided ample space and privacy for each of the three couples. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool table and theater room were a big hit and provided hours of entertainment. The views were spectacular. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

Clean, nice and perfect for large groups.
The only challenge was the driveway in winter. If you don't have 4 wheel drive and or tow straps just park on the road we had to tow out a few cars with our truck and some straps.

Very nice cabin!
Loved our stay at this cabin. It had plenty of space for our 3 families which included 4 children under the age of ten. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the theater room. We enjoyed beautiful views of the lake from the master bedroom and deck. Even though the entryway to cabin is a little steep we were able to park three vehicles.

Absolutely amazing!
We stayed at this beautiful cabin for Easter weekend, and couldn't have been more impressed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable(even an ice cream maker. Our children enjoyed watching movies in the large theater room with the popcorn maker also the kids liked going on the deck and looking at the emaculate view of gorgeous Bear Lake. The adults enjoyed drinking coffee next to the fireplace and looking out the large widows at the lake every morning. Also enjoyed some good laughs playing pool downstairs. We would definitely stay at this beautiful cabin again!
