I'm the owner of this wonderful charming Galveston home. We have renovated it to meet the modern comforts that we all have come to appreciate in society today. The real gem to this property is the location. The home is a corner lot at 43rd and avenue R 1/2 which is about six (short) blocks to the seawall, this means it's about a ten minute walk to the beach. Also, near by is the famous local eatery call "Shrimp N Stuff" at 3901 Avenue O. I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in great fried seafood fare and awesome gumbo. The place is also family friendly and thank you from, Tails and Shells bungalow.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Galveston Seawall. A kitchen and a patio are available in the vacation home.

Great weekend trip to the beach
We planned a last minute weekend beach vacation, and this property was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We had a great stay her, the house was super cute, had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Only a couple of blocks from the beach and super convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing week in Galveston
Stayed 4 days in this cute bungalow and enjoyed every day. It is close to the beach and the main historical attractions. It has a well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again.

Lone Star Biker Rally Weekend
First off, I must say that Chris is an amazing host- He gave detailed instructions prior to arriving and was available to us if/when we needed him throughout our stay. Luckily for us, we didn't need a thing as the house is well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We stayed here from Thurs. thru Sun. for the rally and it was everything we could've asked for- the house is perfect, comfortable and cozy; we absolutely loved the couch and the beds are comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality Chris!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!
