DON'T WORRY, BEACH HAPPY! Relax at this 1BR/1BA unit at the Maravilla overlooking the pool. A quick walk to the beach! The unit sleeps 6 with hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. There's a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you choose to dine at the condo, there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or dine al fresco using the comfortable outdoor furniture. This unit directly overlooks the pool and is decorated with beachy wall art. Towels and sheets are provided. Free Wi-Fi and DishTV. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

***The Resort Pool area (hot tub, kiddie pool, resort pool) is under construction; and expected to be completed in March. The heated pool will remain open.***

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at DON'T WORRY, BEACH HAPPY! Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. There's an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance, you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Maravilla is one of only a few "pet friendly" properties in Galveston. And your furry family members are welcome. $100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee 1st Pet, $50.00 Non-Refundable Fee for 2nd Pet.... 2 Dogs Limit to join you. Pet limit is up to 25 lbs. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

Great Space
We loved being in Galveston again and enjoying the happy beachy town. We had 1 small issue but we contacted the host and she corrected it immediately, very satisfied. Cute condo, great place to relax, cook a meal, enjoy the large patio overlooking the pool. We felt safe and loved seeing some sweet, well behaved dogs.

Awesome place
Me and my family really enjoyed this condo. It was very nice, clean, and updated. It was just as the pictures shown. Check in and out was very easy. The pools were nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Galveston.

We really enjoyed our stay here for our family of 5. The only thing I would tell people who are planning to stay here is bring your salt/pepper, oil, and all those little things for cooking you might think will be here. They aren’t (which is fine, just good to know). Very close to the beach, nice pool, and comfy beds! Would stay here again.

Perfect for family trip

Our condo was absolutely perfect. The balcony patio was really big and comfortable for an entire family to lounge. It was overlooking the pool, perfect view. The condo itself was very clean and nicely put together. The only downfall was the dishwasher had a really strong odor, and there were not enough forks, and an actual cooking pan. Otherwise, loved the condo and will definitely be returning. The swimming pool and property grounds were very nice and clean as well.

Sunsets were amazing!
Property manager was very attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of. And checked up on us as well. Checking in was easy. Loved the keyless entry. The view was amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony. My mom is 81yrs and there was an elevator that was just steps away from the door. We had all the basic necessities needed to cook with. My only negative review is there were no cleaning supplies other than liquid hand soap and dish soap. Only 2 trash bags. My daughter and grandbabies came to visit a bit and it would have helped a lot if I had access to bathroom cleaning agents. Even Lysol wipes would have been enough. Would I come back. DEFINITELY.

Perfect Family Vaction spot
Great location, the beach was just across the street, not too far from restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our time in the pool and spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio. The unit itself was kept up and looked nice and has everything we need for our stay, but the building can definitely use a major make over. We had a little issue but the property manager was on top of it as soon we it happened.

There were unforseen circumstances while visiting. Now that im home and had a little while to calm down i feel like things couldve been handled better and most definitely in a more timely fashion, However that being said it was a decent place and my kids enjoyed the pool there.
