You'll enjoy sitting on you balcony in the afternoon sipping on some ice cold lemonade as you cool off from your morning of beach combing.
The Kitchen has been updated to include, all new updated appliances, granite counters and snack bar, microwave, dishwasher and more. Stocked with the kitchen basics including flatware, dinnerware and cookware you can enjoy most meals in the condo and save money to spend on entertainment versus eating out every meal.
The bathroom has been updated and has all granite counters and new upgraded porcelain lavatory and you will enjoy the warm shower water flowing on your muscles as you relax from the day of activities.

The Livingroom features a large smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows and movies to stream as you wind down in the evening before bed. The sleeper sofa is nice and comfortable and there are four leather stools at the snack bar for additional seating. The kids love the twin bunks built into the hallway alcove and your bedroom has king bed for your comfort making a total sleeping arrangement for up to six people.

You're just minutes from the Historic strand district where you and the family can enjoy perusing the shops, grab a bite to eat at one of the great assortment of downtown restaurants and a sweet treat from La King's confectionery to take back for a snack when you've got that sweet tooth.
