**Vitamin Sea** Snowbirds, Winter Texans, Travel Nurses Welcome! Newly remodeled, 1 bedroom vacation condo at the Victorian with ocean views. Located on the top floor. Sleeps 6. 1 BR / 1 BA. Great resort with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs!

Vitamin Sea - Beautifully remodeled condo located at The Victorian with an amazing ocean and pool view. Located on the top floor! Luxury! Luxury! Luxury! Living room with fold out couch has 55" 3D LED TV overlooks the balcony. Tile floors throughout for that ease of clean-up after a day at the beach. Speaking of beaches.....the beach is located right across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The kitchen is fully stocked for those nights you choose to dine in and also has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile backsplash. You'll find dishes, silverware, pots, pans and other utensils including toaster, blender and dual coffee maker. When you're ready to relax head to the master bedroom which has a queen size memory foam bed and a 42" LED HD TV. There are also hall bunks for additional guests to enjoy. A beautifully remodeled bathroom has custom walk-in shower and granite vanity. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The Victorian resort has grill areas, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a coin laundry for your convenience. This is a family resort which everyone will enjoy. Please check in at the front office before going to your unit. There is a $35 resort fee for up to 14 days and will increase to $70 for 15-30 days; that includes a parking pass, amenity bands, and entry codes into the property gates and pools. This fee will allow you access to the property as well as the codes for amenities and parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of $35, it will cover up to 2 extra vehicles. Every motorized vehicle MUST BE registered. (Car, Truck, SUV, Motorcycle, Slingshot, Golfcart, Trailer, etc.) Trailers will be charged $35 per axle. All trailers must be unhitched and parked in over flow parking area. Trailers are allowed during Galveston's Lone Star Rally week only. The office is open from 7am to 11pm and will not accept cash. Please be sure your car is registered with The Victorian as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.

Nice condo, dated “resort”
The condo itself was very nice. It had good updates to it, especially the appliances. The only complaints for inside the condo: the toilet didn’t consistently fill properly causing us to “fix it” a few times, the patio door needs wd40 bad, and the chairs on the patio are pretty dated. However the resort itself was horribly dated and in need of repair. Only one of the 2 hot tubs worked (the small one). Only one of the two heated pools were actually heated.

Very clean and nice place. We enjoyed are stay very much. Room with a view of pool and the beach right across the street. It should be noted there is an additional charge for parking at the Victorian when you check in.

Great location
The view of the adult pool and ocean was just as shown and the top floor was perfect, so you don’t hear noises above you. The open layout made the space feel bigger. The check in process was smooth and staff were very friendly.

Condo was very nicely updated and as described. Nice view of ocean and pool area. Size of pool was great and heated. Bed was memory foam and very comfy. Kitchen had most everything needed. Did not see a pizza cutter though. Property itself is fine. Definitely a few areas that show age but still overall in good shape. Elevator is small and slow. Would stay again

Perfect spot
This place blew past my expectations. Everything about this spot was perfect. View was beautiful, we had my husband, myself and our 3 kids and the room was very accommodating. Easy access to and from the rooms. The beds were so comfortable. The couch pulled out and my kids actually slept on that versus the bunk beds. This has now turned into our new vacation rental spot. And mamas that need the coffee they have a keurig with coffee pods already there and a full size double sided fridge. Best thing is, when I was leaving I walked into the office to see if there was anything else I needed to do the lady responded with “yes, have a safe drive home so you can return back here”. Why yes ma’am we will be back.

We had issues with mater bed and door maintenance was called the neighbor next door smoked weed so our condo smelled like weed I bought air freshener that we used non stop it's didn't help. Over all we blame the Victoria not the condo owners. We feel if the owners knew the problems it would have been dealt with. We would stay again though

We come to the Victorian every year for Galveston Bay Parrot Heads event “Riddles in the Sand”. This is the best condo we’ve stayed in to date!!! We’ll be back next year!! Very clean, nice decor, everything we needed!!! Perfect location close to elevator and the view is wonderful! Love having coffee on the balcony in the morning.

Nice room but building needs work
Pros: The room and beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and the location was perfect. Cons: 1) The listing said the washer and dryer are the in the unit, but that was false. The washer and dryer are in a laundry mat located near the front of the property. 2) The email with the door code said building 9. We brought all of our bags up and quickly realized that it was a typo. 3) Only 2 elevators on property were working.

Terrible experience
Property was not clean even though we checked in 1 hour after allowed check-in time. Beach vacation rentals representative left me on hold for 45 minutes before saying someone would clean it eventually and that if I didn’t want it they’d refund me and send me on my way! I booked 6 months in advance and It was a 4th of July weekend! room was cleaned 1hr30min later. They also only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 day stay, 1 hand soap bar and one shampoo sample size bottle and was told that was all we would be provided. All around bad experience.

Very convenient and cute
Besides the fact that something happen my night of arrival and no front receptionist was there for 45min (so I couldn’t get the gate code to get in) and that our elevator kept going out of order (not very practical to carry luggages and groceries to the third floor pregnant with kids), the unit we rented itself was very cute, clean and updated! My 8 years old had dance competition at the convention center that weekend/week and this was the perfect location to stay. Nice pools for the kiddos to enjoy on property and the beach right accross the street!
