front. This is no where near this condo!
2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation.
3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.
