The apartment located in the house in the basement (bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance, but connecting door to the main apartment) can be used free of charge for 10 adults or booked for a daily fee of € 70.00 and € 20.00 final cleaning.

Throughout the house are thus 5 double, or Triple room, 2 single rooms and 4 more sleeping places available. For children are two travel cots and several children's mattresses available.
There is a connecting door between the lodger apartment and the main apartment.

Infants under 2 years are free of charge!

Idyllic property in a charming little town
We rented the property with the intention of visiting Nürnberg but COVID decided otherwise. The house was so wonderful that it was a pleasure to stay home. There were 9 of us and we have way more room than we needed. The owners were very kind and responsive. Everything was perfect. The children are already asking to go back again!!!

An oasis in a sleepy town....perfect for total relaxation
This is a delightful family home. Quirky architecture creating a house on multiple half levels, allowing a feeling of space. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the upstairs appeared to be newly carpeted. The bedrooms were well appointed, and of significant size. There is scope to adapt sleeping arrangements as appropriate to meet the needs of various groups and families. The kitchen boasted equipment of a superior standard, far better than you would expect of any rental property. Outside the garden was huge, with place to play, and place to just relax in a hammock in the trees. Our host was amazing. She provided lots of advice, and answered queries immediately. In all a tranquil delight.

Amazing property for a family in a perfect German Town.
Great house with all the amenities you need and more. All the bathrooms look like new, as well as the kitchen. The appliances are top quality and very modern. It’s a big house with plenty of rooms and an awesome basement with sauna and a pool table. We were there during the early winter season for about 2 weeks and had no problems staying warm. Beautiful house with a large well kept patio. The owners are always available via phone or text to answer any question, and made us feel very welcoming. The town where the house is located is small and quiet, but with everything you need within walking distance. Lots of walking (or running) trails in the area. In summary our entire family loved the place and would recommend it to anyone, words are not enough to describe our experience at this place.

Wirklich eine Auszeitoase!
Die Erwartungen waren hoch nach Lesen des Angebots. Die Wirklichkeit hat das dann auch voll erfüllt. Ein idealer Ort für das Abschalten im großen Familienrahmen mit all-inclusive..... von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bis zu Sauna, Billard, Spielen, Grill und schönem Garten (wenn das Wetter nur mitgespielt hätte), nicht zu vergessen die Wallboxen fürs Auto.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten
Das Haus ist großzügig, bietet Platz für große Gruppen, ist voll ausgestattet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Ein absoluter Bonus sind die Sauna (die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben) und der wunderschöne, große Garten, denn wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht so viel nutzen konnten. Die Eigentümer waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht und haben jede Frage rasch und ausführlich beantwortet. Sehr gerne wieder!

Familientreffen
Wir waren drei Nächte in dem Haus von Familie Noris und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Wohlfühloase hat uns empfangen und die Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Trampolinspringen und Fußball im Garten, Schachspielen und Lesen in der Bibliothek, lange Abende beim Billardspielen sowie Zusammensitzen und einfach Quatschen beim Grillen auf der Terrasse. Auch dem nahen Naturbad konnten wir bei herrlichem Wetter einen Besuch abstatten, 20 min. Fußweg waren kein Problem. Vielen Dank noch einmal, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

In dem Ferienhaus Auszeit Oase haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und unsere Auszeit über den Jahreswechsel 2021/2022 sehr genossen. Die Küche ist geräumig und es gibt alles, was man zum kochen braucht. Toll ist die angrenzende Speisekammer. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die sehr gute und schnelle Beantwortung von Fragen. Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Ausstattung
Für ein Wochenende mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern bot diese Unterkunft mehr als genug Platz und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Highlights: Kaffeevollautomat, Kugelgrill, Billiardtisch, Sauna und ein großer Tisch für anspruchsvolle Brettspiele und gemeinsames Essen. Feriendomizil für Familientreffen sehr geeignet
Ich habe hier ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück gefunden. Wir waren 13 Personen (von 6-81 Jahren) und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wegen der großen Hitze konnten wir gar nicht alle Angebote nutzen, sehr begehrt war aber der Billardtisch im kühlen Keller. Die Einrichtung und die vielen Zimmer (und mehrere Bäder) war auch super! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Obwohl der Kontakt nur telefonisch war, spürte man doch eine gewisse Herzlichkeit und die Verständigung war prima. Der Begriff "Auszeitoase" trifft jedenfalls voll zu und ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und schön. Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 10 Personen. Knapp 1,5 km entfernt ist ein Naturfreibad zu finden und innerhalb von 15min ist man am Rothsee. Besser geht es fast gar nicht. Es sei denn es würde einen Pool geben. :D Die Zeit verging leider zu schnell, wir hätten es am liebsten noch länger genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wahrlich eine Wohlfühloase
Wer in einer Gruppe mit mehr als 10 Personen eine tolle Zeit verbringen will, der ist hier genau richtig. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Zeit verbringen aber auch viele Möglichkeiten, sich mal aus dem ÄWeg zu gehen. Eine bessere Lokation hatten wir bisher noch nicht. Alles was versprochen wurde stand zur Verfügung. Ganz lieben Dank ...

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit tollem Garten
Das Haus ist einfach toll, sehr großzügig mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Badezimmer sind neu und schön eingerichtet es gibt es viele Schlafmöglichkeiten und die Bibliothek und auch der Billardtisch sind toll. Der Außenbereich ist zum entspannen einfach schön. Ob Grillen, auf dem Trampolin springen oder auf der Schaukel schaukeln, man kann einfach die Zeit genießen. Es gibt sogar Fahrräder die man nutzen kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus für Familientreffen
Wir haben unser diesjähriges Familientreffen hier äußerst angenehm verleben können. Ein sehr geräumiges, freundliches Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, mit einem riesiges Garten. Lage prima, nur wenige Schritte von der Ortsmitte entfernt. Ganz netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der immer sehr entgegenkommend reagierte und sogar extra herrliches Wetter geordert hatte. Super Ferienhaus

Mooie, zeer ruime vakantie villa
We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gevierd (2 gezinnen, 11 personen) in deze prachtige ruime woning met zeer grote tuin. Het huis voorziet in alles wat je nodig hebt. Het was bijna 40 graden maar het huis bleef vrij koel. De kinderen hebben zich erg goed vermaakt in de kelder met pooltafel, in de tuin, achter de piano. In de garage staan veel (kinder)fietsen die gebruikt mogen worden. De grillroom/pizzeria in het dorp is een aanrader, de pizza's werden vers bereid tijdens het wachten. Op 5 minuten rijden is een zwemmeertje, netjes onderhouden, met toiletten, omkleedruimtes en een duikplank. Een aanrader voor een mooie vakantie!
