Property was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. Check in was a bit awkward. It was late but still well before they closed front desk. When we arrived the woman was not expecting us. She stayed in office behind front desk woking to get us a room. Finally came out to give us keys. Room was large and roomy. Lots of suggestive comments posted around room and hotel that were off-putting. I was traveling with my daughter.

Das Zimmer war sauber , es hat alles und ist gross.Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Der Lift funktioniert nur aufwärts aber nicht abwärts.Wir haben dann die Treppe genommen, leider war es im Hotel sehr schmuddlig, das Treppenhaus total dreckig.Monate nichts gemacht.Der Frühstücksraum sehr dunkel.Ich kam 9h morgens zum Frühstück.Es gab nur noch 2Croissant.Mehr gab es keine mehr obwohl bis 10h Frühstück ist.Die Angestellten waren freundlich.

Schönes Wochenende im Schwarzwald.
Super netter Service an der Rezeption, gut ausgestattete Hotelzimmer. Ruhige Lage, wir sind von dort aus direkt in den Schwarzwald zum Wandern aufgebrochen - herrlich, gerne wieder.

Godt hotel med skøn beliggenhed
Hotellet var et første stop på en 2-dages køretur på mc gennem schwarzwald. Vi kom højt til tops og mødte en meget venlig og serviceminded receptionist. Hotellet ligner udefra en 80’er boligblok, men værelset var bare tip top. Stort og lyst. Kan absolut anbefales. Og ca. 10-15 min. gang til byen med flere spisemuligheder.

Garagenplätze extrem schmal.Nachts alles belegt, keine Kontrolle wer einen Platz gebucht und bezahlt hat. Zimmer sauber, sehr geräumig, kostenlose Minibar. Frühes einchecken nicht möglich, in diesem Punkt keine Flexibilität.

The people who worked there were really friendly and also the breakfast was great. But the building it self and especially the garage/parkdeck, garden was not that nice. I also don't liked the design with the red/white and black and some of the Informations for example the floorprint in the elevator that sayed something like "nicht abstürzen" and showed the depth of the elevator. Probably a matter of tast but it wasn't mine 😅 The beds are gond but the shower had still two old knobs to adjust the heat and even if you found you temperature it changed all the time afterwards and pretty quick. The room was quite hot even if it wasn't that hot outside on that day so we kept the window fully open all night? At night (2:40 ) someone in the isle in front of our room was screaming for a long time. It was pretty creepy. I don't know if it was also some bad luck but this stay was definitely a little special.

positiv: Zimmer ist renoviert, großes Zimmer, Bett und Ausstattung sind gut, Minibar am Anreisetag gefüllt for free, großer Flat-TV, gutes Frühstück, kostenfreier Parkplatz, nette MA an der Rezeption negativ: Das Bad erinnert an 70er Jahre, Türe klappert im geschlossenen Zustand - musste einen Unterlegkeil basteln damit es nicht mehr klappert, schlechte Schalldämmung des Zimmers generell, KEINE Klimaanlage und bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafstörender Strassenlärm, Vorhänge die dann bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht ganz schließen und es ab 5:00am hell wird im Zimmer, kein Restaurant in walking distance, Fazit: für 1 Nacht OK, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis OK, längerer Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert
