Staff very gracious, property impeccably clean. Towels were soft but the pillows flat. Amenities I used - business center, exercise room were good. The breakfast buffet was standard motel fare nicely dressed up - except no waffle maker :( Some sprucing up suggested: check for wallpaper seams that are separating; touch up dinged woodwork/furniture with stain-polish.

The staff was amazing, however the property is in major need of renovation. Exterior door to the building I was staying in would not lock which meant anyone could get into the building. Additionally, it was very noisy and had a smell to the rooms

It’s an interesting hotel setup with multiple buildings and very cute outdoor areas. Rooms feel more like motel rooms, though. Heater didn’t work in our room and one of the doors to the building wasnt closing properly, so anyone could walk in. Night staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating.

Pleasant/comfortable stay
We spent a day and night at the Piccadilly. It is very conveniently located, with the added convenience of an attached restaurant. The room was spacious, the property feels very safe, and the staff are very polite. We loved the well-stocked continental breakfast. Would heartily recommend this place to someone looking for a place to in Fresno.

It's peaceful quiet and very comfortable. We come here often while we come to Fresno. We love that they offer continental breakfast and some of the rooms are very spacious.

Great stay, and very helpful staff, though it would be nice if the breakfast was open a little later, it is only open from 6am-9am, most other hotels have it open till 10am or 11am. Other than that it was great!

No microwave in rooms! No accommodations to a microwave on the premise. Big safety concern: Considering the hotel is located on a busy location, access to buildings were NOT locked! The hotel interiors are outdated and conflicts with the ambience of the hotel lobby.
