The staff was great — polite and helpful at each interaction. We had a problem with the room's air conditioner, which they resolved quickly by moving us. Our single king bed room was spacious and the appointments pleasant; the bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds are extremely nice and well maintained. On the other hand, the exterior building itself is obviously in disrepair with peeling paint, and decaying and separating stucco. The interior has seen clear efforts to update the rooms, but only partially, with some remnants of 70s fitments glaringly obvious. The breakfast food was decent, but not quite up to the competition we've experienced. Basically, still a decent place to stay at a reasonable price. If someone would buy and correct the obvious deferred maintenance, this could be a great place. We would stay here again.

Everything was great!
Everything was great! Check-in was as smooth as possible. Our room was excellent in every way: comfortable bed, large bathroom, AC working well. The breakfast each morning was delicious

It was a cozy small and clean hotel with reasonable price. We put a sign that we don't need room cleaning service, but housekeeping was knocking out door every 20 min. starting from 9:30 am, though check out was at 11 am. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night.
