Parking is a hastle. Either pay $48 per night for valet service or hope you can find a parking spot on the street. Parking is limited in downtown areas, I do understand. But when I can see empty spots in their garage that we can't park in, because its valet only and apparently I dont know how to park in a parking garage, I do feel like I'm a chump or a cheap skate in their eyes. I felt like I was lower class to them, despite paying their full price. I may be from a small city, but I expected to be treated better. I don't pay that price to then be expected to pay more. The hotel staff was perfect. We got to check in way super early, thanks to the staff, hopefully they didn’t get in trouble.. Our room was serviced on request, immaculately. To the cheap owners who won't treat their guests to parking without payment, in a downtown area that parking is hard, when their private garage has space, something something that doesn’t involve curse words. Ayne sell it to somebody that cares about people more than profit. I'm going to change most of my stars to 1 because they cant be 0.

The star rating is hard for this hotel. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be close to tthetrain station and it was nice to be able to walk to the water gardens plus there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. However check in time was supposed to be at 4:00 and there wasnt a room ready. When we came back at 7:00 it was still a struggle to find a room for us. I'm not sure what was going on if there was some sort of event as well but they seemed extremely short staffed. The staff that we had help us at the desk were excellent and everybody we ran into otherwise were the same but it just seemed very chaotic. We had a club level room and were gracious that one of the staff members gave us a card so we could have access to get something to eat during the dinner time frame and they do have a room for holding luggage.. The pool area, gym, Clubhouse, our room, and just the overall Hotel were really nice. The other issue we had was with parking. When I originally booked the hotel there was an option for regular parking or valet. Apparently now they have switched to only valet but it's like they don't have the Staffing hired to do it amd/or again something must have been going on that had them incredibly swamped because they were very backed up on getting vehicles and there isn't really enough room for only having valet especially if there's a lot of people because there's no where to put your car to be out of the way to load or unload it

Had an okay night Friday night but Saturday night was awful. There was a grown man knocking at our door numerous times. We contacted the front desk and all they said was “he’s back in his room”. This same man had 3 complaints on him already. No action was taken. I left Saturday evening because of how uncomfortable I was and could not sleep due to high anxiety. Terrible experience.

Great stay!
Very nice, especially since the remodel. We enjoyed the amenities that came with being on the Club Level, and the bar downstairs for watching football. Lexi the bartender was great. The only thing we somewhat object to is only valet parking in the garage, with seemingly no choice to park ourselves or to walk into the garage to access our vehicle. That is a change from years previous, and I can't say I like it.
