Our room had stained areas on the carpet. On top of that the shower curtain was ripped and looked trashy. There were two shower heads and only one of them was hung. The other didn’t have a spot to hang so it literally was hanging from the support bar. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was extremely noisy in the room. It felt like people were running sprints upstairs. I WILL not ever stay here again.

Over all good. Staff were confusing. One moment I was paying $2 for a soda next day I was charged $3.50. One day the pool was open the next day I was told it was closed for the season, then it was opened the next day. A lot of miscommunication from each front desk staff.

AC did not work in lobby or hallways. So hot and stuffy! Bar and restaurant was closed on a Saturday. No indicator signs in hallway for room direction (3rd floor) no vending machine on 3rd floor. Had to ask for more towels, only 2 in the suite room. "Market" had essentially nothing.

They did not give us the room we reserved because they overbooked. Only gave us 2 towels. The cleaning people took all the towels and didn’t replace them. My daughter was in the shower and we waited for 20 minutes for a towel before I just went and found one. The bed, when you laid down, the feet would come up like 6 inches. Very uncomfortable. We left early due to how Terrible it was.

Initial impression was that it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The carpet is always a little bit of a turnoff because carpet to me is just a magnet for nastiness. But it was clean enough for to feel comfortable to walk on barefoot. Then a majority of the surfaces you’d see other hotels left with a residue wasn’t an issue with this one. However, the one major issue I had was that the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best on full hot and the pressure was as expected for hotels. Water restrictors should be illegal. I’d definitely come back and stay again as long as they get that hot water situated.

Young lady that greeted us upon arrival was so friendly. We don’t experience good customer service often anymore, but we do like to acknowledge when we do. I wish I could remember her name. We will most definitely be back on our next visit.
