Wonderful
JC checked me and was able to accommodate my early arrival. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. Always greets with a smile when going out or in of the hotel and asks if she can be of assistance. She upholds the 5 star standard and Marriott is very lucky to have her on their team.

The customer service was sub par during our visit. A lot of very flustered employees during situations or they werent at the front desk at all. No communication on where things were, etc. The amenities within are nice to have, but not always an employee available. Rooms were nice but not everything electronic worked as far as plugs. Water pressure was non existent. Location was good for us and it was relatively clean. Not sure if we would go back for that price.
