You will also have access to on-site amenities including a seasonally heated, shared pool with an over-size sundeck, lighted tennis court, and kayak rentals. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Fantastic unit, terrific view
Very happy with our stay here. We were scrambling to find a place to stay 2 weeks prior to travel and couldn’t be happier that we found and chose this unit for our trip. The top floor view off the balcony was outstanding. Wonderful spot for morning coffee. The unit was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The included beach service was a definite plus. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Only complaint was the master bed was very noisy whenever you moved and no fans in the bathrooms was odd. Would definitely stay here again though.

House was great as was the location. My only issue with the house is the the rooms are warm. We had the AC down to 68 and seemed only the living room area was cool. The master at least had a fan to help cool the room down. The second room with the bunk beds was super hots that the kids ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. I would also suggest that they get fans for the bathrooms as it makes the whole house smell if someone has to use the restroom. U can’t open windows or doors as it’s too hot and will freeze the ac unit.

Enjoyed our stay so very much! Such a beautifully decorated, clean, lovely, home-away-from-home for peace, rest, relaxation. Staring at the ocean and listening to the waves roll in.. UNPRECEDENTED and worth the getaway! Everything was PERFECTION. Comfortable beds, too! Great appliances. The balcony view is EVERYTHING! Great a/c heating system and huge tvs with Netflix. Note to owner: Would love even more if they increased the weak water pressure in the showers, but I would still come back!

Perfect location, good pool, ON THE BEACH!!! Loved IT!
Upon checking in the floors were dirty. Not the best cleaning job...However after reporting this condition and reporting one of the main light fixtures in the bathroom was broken the management addressed this within 2 hours. I was credited with some financial compensation and was a a happy customer. Would stay there again! Loved it!

Perfect for families with littles!
We booked this condo for myself, my husband, our 6 and 5 year olds and our 11 month old twins. It went plenty big for everyone to play and space out, the master bedroom was perfect size for putting our 2 pack n plays so babies could sleep in our room. The big kids loved the bunk bed. The view doesn’t get any better! I will say from the photos it looked like our balcony overlooked the pool directly below but it actually overlooks the shuffleboard court and the pool if further to the right out of sight so you won’t be able to watch your family swim from the balcony (which was fine!) Having the complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs set up every day at the beach was super nice and helpful and the condo even had 2 beach chairs in the kids room for us to use. We really had the best time here!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and a very short distance to the beach which I love. The beds were so comfy, the bathrooms and kitchen were completely stocked and cleaned. The check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. I will definitely be booking here again in the future. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to hurricane Sally, but the rental property offered us to be able to stay if needed so it was a relief to know we had options. Would recommend this condo for friends, couples, or families!

I cannot being to express how thankful we were to find this listing. Location is just perfect. Beaches are gorgeous and the view from the condo will allow you to take it all in. We had a great time at Island Echos. This property was nicely decorated and comfortable. Being on the 7th floor, the view of the ocean was beautiful. We loved that this rental included 2 free chairs & 1 umbrella when visiting the beach. That made it super easy to not have to bring chairs and an umbrella down to the beach. There building was under construction during our stay, but because of the holiday weekend, we didn't see any work going on. You can tell that the renovations will be nice once finished. Even with no construction going on, our view was not obstructed. There were a few ropes vertically in the view line, but you didn't pay attention to them. The view was nice. We did wish we could have used the balcony and opened our windows, but for safety reasons, we understood. Definitely will be booking this property again.
