This beautiful, newly-remodeled waterfront unit is located on the seventh floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are General Electric. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops with a peninsula for added prep space and two counter stools for quick meals. The bathroom has a deep tub with many shelves, vanity, and a cabinet. The living area is carpeted and boasts palm tree décor. The unit also includes a TV and complimentary internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
