My young adult children were trapped in a faulty elevator for a ridiculous amount of time when we were heading to bed our first night. Extremely hot and staff took their time to get them out. Had to locate water from machine b cause they wouldn’t provide when they got out, dehydrated! We’re passive and it was the worst experience at any hotel we have ever stayed at. They were ill for days and ruined their first experience in Florence. Checked out that night. Didn’t sleep there at all and they refused to refund us after this experience.

This hotel is fun and youthful with all types of travellers (young and old) and has a view from the roof top bar which is remarkable. I loved it and will recommend to all. The hotel is big so there could be a lot of walking

Nice hotel, great location. It’s a hostel/university housing/hotel. The room was nice and very comfortable. To get to amenities, it was a bit of a maze busy other than that, no complaints.

Very chilled out placed to stay
It was really relaxed, staff very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant menu was a little limited, but what was on offer was excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near by. My only minor complaint was it was too hot outside, but the staff couldn't do much about that :)

Very upscale clean and updated vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views on the roof was amazing. Made it perfect for a morning workout and sunset with a pool/ bar/ drinks.

Great vibe, book shop, coffee, ping pong, lots of great amenity. But the elevator is terrible, very inconvenient if you are leaving in X building and need to change elevator 1-2 times in order to get to the ground. It is quite confusing.

The pool was beautiful but there were so many students and therefore no place for us to lay on or sit on. Later we realized that the other half of hotel had students living in. The price of the stay should be so much cheaper
