The hotel room is big and clean. The bed is so comfortable. I like the bathroom, it has a heated rack to dry the bath towel quickly and has a good size. I also like the locker room, it has a lot of space for storage. It was a good choice to book in this hotel because of the location, across the street is a church and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity.

If the four hotels we stayed in Italy this one had all the check boxes. First and foremost nice staff and good breakfast. The location can't be beat. It's minutes to everything and even walkable to the train station.

I like that the priperty was close to shopping and the Doumo. I didnt like that it was difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel.Also from my room i could hear background sounds from outside. It was loud a few timea.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The hotel itself was beautifully clean and elegantly designed, creating a luxurious atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a variety that suited everyone’s tastes. The location couldn’t have been better! Just steps away from the lively leather market, and within walking distance to the renowned leather school and, of course, the famous Florentine steak. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Florence. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location, we looked directly onto the San Lorenzo church and plaza. So convenient for sightseeing, we could stop back in the room anytime. The rooms were lovely and large, and the windows sealed out the plaza noise well. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of fresh fruit, baked goods, yogurt, cold cuts, eggs, and cappuccino! Would totally recommend this hotel!
