This is a very nice, quiet clean hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly suggest staying if you want to be centrally located to the best sites in Florence!

We stayed here in August and the room is how it is shown. It was clean and staff were attentive. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us and put it in our room when it was ready. We needed towels and they came up very quick to help us. The property is clean and you can see the top of the duomo from the front door. It is very central to everything and walkable. They did have breakfast add on that I thought was too expensive so did not get it. But once I arrived and saw what they offered, they had a great selection.

Loved my stay here! The staff was super nice and the breakfast was amazing! Great variety of items offered! Also the filtered water in the room was very much appreciated! The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need! I would definitely stay here again! Great location to the train station and all the sites!
