We stayed on the top floor and the room was spectacular! From the comfortable bed to the astonishing view from our upper patio to the wonderful service (especially Santiago) the hotel was perfect. It is also ideally located to walk anywhere in old Florence within 15 minutes and restaurants everywhere.

The staff were exceptional. This hotel is really conveniently located. The front desk was excellent and they arranged very nice restaurants for us which we would never have found on our own. Their happy hour is a great idea and I enjoyed participating.

Nice stay in a centralised location
Hotel is in an excellent location about 15 mins walking from train station and near to most attractions. Hotel is nice and staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and spacious - wouldn’t say luxury but ideal if you want something centralised. Only one criticism was my daughter has a peanut allergy so we asked for no peanuts in the room which there was on arrival even though mentioned on booking 😌

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had a spectacular view of the dome. While they do not garntee you will have that view... Based on their service I believe they will make every effort to provide it.
