The staff were very friendly, and hotel was very clean. AC worked fine. The hotel, however, is very dilapidated. It is a 2-star hotel at best.

Family stay

Was an interesting stay. We had 4 children, one infant, and four adults in two rooms. They hotel had a water issue that was understandable . The estimates of time till completion was a little frustrating with getting kids bathed. Was a warm day out and thought A/C would be available in the rooms but they had been turned off for the season. Opened windows and over night it did cool off. Bed could be freshened up as frames needed new boards and pillows need to be replaced. Nice bedding and towels. Great location and Florence is still one of our favorite cities. Staff was amazing and willing to help with anything.

Hotel Argentina Curtatone

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were small-ish and the ac didn’t work too well; however, I loved the hotel because of the excellent service. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and nice.

Room was not amazing but it was very comfortable after a long day of walking. Light in bathroom didn’t properly work and few other faults with the room but overall we were very happy with our stay.

The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to open the window which didn’t help; was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Website said it had laundry facilities which we were advised we had to take our laundry to a laundromat. Room had no refrigerator and online pictures didn’t look like the actual place. Left the hotel tired and annoyed that we spent so much for a bad stay.

First, we got a small, dark room, not what was advertised on web. After we moved to another larger dark room with similar bads as on the pictures advertised. We're not able to open windows as sewage smell was so strong from the back yard that you can throw out. The air conditioner or fan was not turned on yet and the room was stuffy, smelly and dark. I regret much staying there, one of the worst experiences of traveling.

Never staying there again.

In all honesty, I don't think I have ever stayed in a more uncomfortable, dirty hotel in my life. No phone in the room, no hot water in the shower, furniture was beaten up, dust everywhere, missing a shutter on the window, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, blankets were used and disgusting, door would not lock when I left and had to wait about 5 minutes to make sure it locked - poor security, over-priced.

Great hotel for the price!

We were only in Florence for one night, but the stay was great. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station, which was our mode of transportation. When we arrived at the hotel, the guy at the reception gave us a map and told us exactly where everything was and the best way, and times, to see everything. It was great and definitely helpful. The room was also nice, didn't have much to complain about. Great hotel for the price!

Not bad to stay for a night

Greeted by a pleasant staff. But when i booked its says its a city view room but all we can see on our window is the neigbouring buildings walls and windows too. Filthy room and needs new wall paint. It was very hot in italy but the room aircon is not cold enough. Has a very small old lift that only 2 persons can fit it. Bathroom needs cleaning and the shower is too low to have a comfy shower

WHATEVER YOU DO...DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

This place was the absolute worse. People eating salami at the lobby and the lobby looked like an abandoned building! Elevator was old and unsafe to get to our room had to go through the breakfast lounge and the best part...vomit (hopefully) stains on the carpet all around the hotel! Door locked didn’t work and door was hard to close! Staff super rude. Has to book a last minute hotel because this place was an absolute nightmare
