The bathroom was in my favorite color. The room was very clean and spacious. The only issue, was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room/suite. A suite should have complimentary tea, at least. It was not a cheap room, so I had the expectation of at least some tea.

Well, it was a wonderfully hotel, Very safe, smooth elevators, amazing view and room. Dinner was amazing. I would suggest have more options for lunch. Everything else, very happy with it.

Room was dirty as was bedding. When we told the front desk they brought new sheets while we were out but didn't actually make the bed. They just tossed the new sheets on top. They gave us a voucher for half off our next stay which was nice, but for the best hotel in the city, it was disappointing for sure. Also, only 1 floor is pet free. Again, it is supposed to be a nice hotel, I can't image pet dander / fur everywhere is going to help that.
