The owner of the home was so welcoming in a short text before our stay! She gave us her phone number incase we needed anything. The home was spacious, clean, and well supplied with everything we needed. We loved the long dining table so everyone could sit at the same table. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. The home it self felt warm and comfortable with amazing views! Thank you so much!

Cozy quarters
The house was super cozy and had everything we needed. Perfect for the whole family. Bedrooms and bathrooms on all levels. Very clean. Wonderful views. You can hear the river from the deck. Milky Way, as well as a gazillion stars were visible at night. Loved that! Plenty of towels and blankets. Comfy beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, regarding appliances and dinner and cookware. Nice, big refrigerator. We are definitely considering staying there again when in the area.

Peaceful stay at Peaceful Pines
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Pines!! The cabin was spacious and had a very well stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed climbing on the boulders on the property. It was a short drive to downtown Estes Park where there are plenty of activities for the kids. The view was gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet. We saw several deer on the property and lots of chipmunks too. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful Retreat
We spent a long weekend in Estes and stayed at this gorgous property with another young family. The space was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, living spaces updated and good sized. Wrap around deck was a great place to get fresh air, and watch wildlife. Bedrooms were nicely spread out to give optimal privacy. Bathrooms were clean. We really appreciated the remote feel that the property offered, close enough to go into Estes for dinner and adventure but also offered a quiet retreat. We did have to contact the owner while there and she was prompt to respond and try to remedy our question. We appreciated her assistance. We will be back!!

Great house for a family or 3-4 couples.
House was great, good location, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Only complaint would be lack of kitchen tools. Beautiful new induction cooktop but no non stick pan options. Only one big fry pan that we used for bacon and eggs and we had to soak it for 2 days. There was one large kitchen knife that was so dull it was dangerous and unusable. Also with three full bathrooms we were surprised that there was one very tiny blow dryer that kept dying as we used it. With 3 adult women and a wedding to go to it was a challenge. Really a great house just needs a few necessities and it would be perfect!

Mule deer abound at Peaceful Pines
Peaceful Pines was perfect for us. We had 3 families so each family had their own floor and bathroom. We also had a family who needed ADA facilities and this home works very well for someone who uses crutches. There was even a shower seat. The home's location is great in that it's just minutes from downtown Estes as well as the entrance to the park. For us, the kitchen was the best feature of the home. The appliances were brand-new and the kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil you could possibly need. We used it every day. We enjoyed the views from the wraparound deck when we were having our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We also loved meeting the "locals" as they grass-grazed around the house each evening at dusk. We had a fabulous stay at Peaceful Pines and would highly recommend it.

Gorgeous Views
This property is warm and inviting with newly updated kitchen and bathrooms. The fireplace was fabulous for the chilly nights. Breathtaking views and an awesome patio to enjoy the warm sun! The sound of occasional cars on the road was not distracting and did not take away from our experience. We never knew this beautiful part of Estes existed!

Wonderful Cozy stay
This home was the perfect getaway for us and our friend's family. Deb, the owner, was always available and very helpful. The views around the house was great and the deck all around provided ample space for some pictures! We really enjoyed the fireplace and a good supply of firewood. All the bedrooms and baths were provided for and clean. Will definitely refer to friends.

Peaceful Christmas!
We wanted a place that gave us that peaceful Christmas experience. Carriage Hills Cabin was that in everyway we could imagine. Beautiful scenery right on the side of a mountain in peaceful neighborhood. Rocky Mountain National Park and the greatest Christmas town just a few minutes drive away. The cabin provides everything you need from kitchen utensils to sleds for the little monsters as well as all info needed provided in the instruction binder. My kids LOVED sledding right in the backyard. A plentiful of wildlife to see in herds. Hot cocoa by the fireplace. We could not ask for anything more. Thank you for the great memories! God Bless.

Enjoyable stay
The place was nice but the photos on VRBO must have been professionally taken since they make the place look much nicer than it actually is. Therefore, we were a bit disappointed when we arrived. Had the pictures been more in line with the house, we would have been more pleased with the condition of the home. One should know that the house is right on a main road and you can hear cars driving by at night. Make sure you don’t arrive in a low riding vehicle or you could damage it parking in the driveway. The rooms were spacious and nice. The kitchen small but adequate and the management company was great with communication.

Nice place with great view and location
Enjoyed property but wished better communication with contact. We requested early check in for a wedding. We arrived and house not cleaned. The people in charge of cleaning place were surprised we were there. The contact person told me ok to check in early but obviously did not share with the workers. I contacted this same person about charging cords accidentally left at the property the day we checked out. She was going to check into it and let me know. I have not heard from her with an update and has been almost two weeks.

Nice location
Nice location, short drive to town and national park. The property is nice, could have used a/c a couple times but not a big deal. Basement was a little musty. Garbage and recycling was super full when we got there. No idea when the garbage was supposed to be picked up.
