The day of my check in I received notification that the air conditioning was not working in the hotel. I was traveling over a couple states and was driving 10 hours. When I received this message it seemed they were working on the situation. I arrived late at night to the property, after a 10 hour drive. Since I was exhausted and it was late to find a new hotel I chose to stay. I had to get a fan to use in the room but it was way too warm still. The temp in the room was 81 degrees by the time I woke up. I made arrangements to stay with family the next day since it was too late to cancel for the 2nd day. I was only given a $35 dollar discount for a 2 day reservation. Considering I only stayed one night. The room was unoccupied the 2nd day.

The AC was not working, the pool was not working. We arrived late and spent a miserable night with a fan in a hot room. The outside walkways are unclean, and it felt unsafe with a near empty motel. There is no actual bathroom door, sliding door with large gaps and no real privacy. The room was clean, large tv we did not use.

Pros: The motel got a great facelift, painted and renovated well. TVs are great, the bed was comfy, and the gym worked well. Free coffee and fresh breakfast worked wonders. Cons: AC went out on my last night there, the doors to the room stick bad, I think the place is near a run off because for 3 consecutive days when I woke up and went outside the smell of human excrement was insanely strong.

Staff is amazing and the accommodation is fair. The rooms would need regular cleaning if you stay longer than a week. I recommend requesting what your needs are at the front desk. I really love how honest, helpful, and kind the staff is

The room was soooo hot . No AC Would not pay $162 again for a room again that was a 3 1/2 star rating hotel . Very limited continental breakfast. Not impressed .

PROS: BED WAS GOOD AND NICE SIZE ROOM, CONS!! NO AC FOR 4 DAYS THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OR DISCOUNT MY STAY !!!HAD NO CHOSE BUT TO STAY THERE , WE COULD NOT AFORD ANOTHER HOTEL!!! THEY DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWER (BARELY LUCK WARM) NO MICROWAVE OR COFFE POT !! ONLY SERVED COFFE, JUICE PASTRY AND YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST !!! WE WILL NEVER STAY WITH THEM AGAIN!! MATTER OF FACT WE LEFT EARLY FROM OUR VACATION AT 1 AM IN THE MORING BECAUSE IT WAS SO HOT IN OUR ROOM..... OH BUT THEY DID PROVIDE A FAN

The rooms are older than the lobby. You can tell this is well hidden in the pictures of the property. The AC was not great and would not cool down the room.

The hotel overall was nice. If you’re looking for something fancy this is not it. My complaints are the workout facilities are not as they advertised. The workout room only had 1 treadmill and it was broke. They didn’t have a large selection of weights, the bikes and elliptical were dirty. There were no cleaning wipes to sanitize equipment before or after use. My other issue is I stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never came to our room, even after requesting for more toilet paper as we had run out and started using kleenex, fresh towels would have been nice as well. The air conditioner also went out of order for half a day and when the sun was facing your room the room felt warm.

Nice quiet stay, bad thing the bathroom door was a farm style door and didn’t even cover the whole door, no privacy. The free breakfast was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Yogurt and pastries that’s it. Don’t stay if you want a hearty Free breakfast
