Obvious choice if you have little humans

Fun and clean property!

We are big Toy Story fans. Had fun here, clean house, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and a few parks near by.

Overpriced and underwhelming service

The place is a cool setting for kids and great venue for the toy story lover. But pictures show items that weren't in house, home was rundown; hole in wall had been patched but not repainted, light bulbs in bedrooms were out, tape from rug that was removed was on floor in entranceway among other things. The toilets also had plumbing issues and flapper inside had to be adjusted multiple times. The yard was not cleaned or mowed until second day, and the guy who came to do yard work used my own lawnmower I had brought with me (and then left it full of grass for me to clean out). We arrived to the outside trash bins that were full. And no cleaning supplies/ commodities available such as dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Bottom line: when you pay the price for five stars you should arrive to a five star house.

Neat Place

Our grandkids loved "The Toy Story House" for a few nights while we moved my son into a house on Fort Bliss. Everything was as described in the listing. We would stay again.
