I have stayed here every time I go to elpaso. I have only stayed in the regular rooms but I herd the suite is beautiful. They are the best staff and when I get my cancer treatments I look forward to going there to stay

If you want to be treated like royalty stay here. The concierge, Dave H, made our reception very special. After arriving late, we had dinner at Mamacita’s and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dinner. Would give 5 stars but hot water was lukewarm in bath. Maintenance tried to figure it out at 10:30 pm and we were offered another room but we were ready to crash and going to hit the road early. William at the front desk tried to accommodate us but the plumbing is out of his control. We will always stay here when passing through El Paso.

I arrived at the hotel and was checked in. After being checked in, I was informed that the water would be out from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for repairs. I understand completely but I should have been told before I checked in. Also, the hotel should have given out at least one bottled water but instead they were selling water to take advantage of the situation. I think this was in poor taste.

Property is one of my favs in the area. Friendly staff. Great bar area. Only issue was cold shower. Never happened before so it was probably a one off.

Fire alarm went off at midnight, no explanation. Had to spend an hour in the cold and elevators were out and had to walk 9 flights up the stairs for a day including that night. Super inconvenient. Hotel never brought towels when asked. Bar tender was super rude at hotel bar and never spoke to us. Waitress even tried charging a drink the next night when we went to the restaurant. Super bummer, used to always stay here over the last years and it looks like the plaza will be where we stay during the holidays now.
